-Friends Those who Italy views as powerful and loyal to him are considered his friends. If you are of use to Italy, he will consider you a friend that can be trusted for certain things. Italy himself will try and help his friends as long as the German Reich has no problem with it, reasons for this usually are for Italy to remain on Germany's good side. If you are an ally of either Germany or Japan, he will treat you kindly and may even try to befriend you, if your certain nation is of use to the Italian Empire, in terms of trade, financial support or even assistance in Italy's upcoming military expansion plans.
-Enemies Not too many of these exist now with the war done. But should you be an enemy, he will be hostile towards you and even try to undermine you and your nation. If he is able to harm you without any questions asked, then he can be rather violent if annoyed too much, depending on how weak your nation is and his bitterness after the war he could even attempt to justify a war against you. However, he usually reserves this treatment for his worst enemies, so for the most part his enemies will only have to deal with being just undermined.
-Lovers Italy doesn't mind a little romance and is quite passionate if romantically involved with someone. In any case, he is still suspicious of you until a personal union is organized. However, with the blood on his hands, his friends and his psychotic anger tantrums it will be amazing for him to find that special someone.
-Territories of other empires Unless Italy had a connection in the past with these nations he will not really consider them. For all he is concerned you don't matter to him whatsoever unless your land is being transferred to the Italian Empire. Only your ruler he will speak with, mostly due to the fact that they hold power while you as a territory do not.
-Territories within the Italian Empire With the smallest land of the major empires, Italy will subject you to complete devotion to him and his ways. Puppet leaders control your country as they all are subject to power in Rome wielded by Italy's boss. Anyone who does not agree with Italy or do what he doesn't want you to do face extreme consequences, the Italian army may be weak and corrupted but it is still in control of your respective nations and if ordered will carry out the consequences on civilians. If you have proven your loyalty to Italy, he will reward you for your efforts.

Alfred and Feliciano - ..so I was reading through the relations and I found it interesting. Italy is interested in 'using' America to bring down the German Reich? Funny enough, Alfred was thinking along those same lines before I even read that after I read his post in the 'End Of The War' mass thread. Alfred wants to stir the pot and get all of the Axis nations fighting one another, since he can tell that their union is full of mistrust. Of course..Alfred has his own ulterior motives, and even he's not entirely sure which ulterior motive of his will win out in the end. Part of him legitimately does want to help all of those being oppressed and downtrodden by the Axis..but another part of him has tasted power and wants more (aka, he'll save them only to do the same thing he saved them from). And he himself is not sure which side will win out in the end. =P

Alfred and Feliciano - Feliciano sees Alfred as some kid he can manipulate easily. He believes that the US hates Germany so much that he'll side with anyone to take him down. He also wants to side with America because he sees America as a weak due to the fact it is democratic. (Never heard of the arsenal of democracy obviously). However taking down the Reich isn't his only reason he wants Alfred to side with him. The Italian Empire is suffering an economic and resource crisis, he's heard that the US is rich and resource rich and would very much want to negotiate a deal... In the end though Feliciano thinks he can overthrow the American Empire easily, despite the obvious problems with the Italian military and the fact that America is democratic and appears to love isolationism...
We know that may not really be the real picture, Feliciano severely underestimates America and believes Fascist Italy will rule the world inevitably.
Italy & Japan - It just me or is there some sort of tension between Kiku and Feliciano? I get the vibe that Italy isn't a fan of Japan's. While Japan is rather neutral in his opinion of his Feli (he doesn't feel strongly one way or other) I get the feeling that Italy is a bit jealous/bitter because like Germany, Japan has added a significant gain to his Empire since he has the majority of Southeast Asia and all of China now under his control. We can play this two ways: mutual suspicion and fanning flames between the two of them that can lead to a falling out. We could also mend the rip in the relations or attempt to.
Or well they could just agree to be civil as Japan would like to remind Feli that he has no land holdings or desires of land in Europe and would happily aid Italy through materials to war further as long as it does not incite Germany.

Italy and Japan - I wouldn't exactly call it tension, in fact it's not really Japan's fault. You see to Italy, Japan is quite a mysterious and powerful country and has control of huge amounts of East Asia, unlike his relationship with Germany, Italy has no problem in terms of the lands Japan has. However with Germany he feels he can talk things out and ultimately find an understanding. He doesn't share this feeling with Japan.
Italy is quite literally scared of Japan, seeing how the Japanese troops managed to take that much of Asia and also due to the fact that he perceives Japan as someone who would refuse to stop expanding until he reaches Western Europe. He fears Japanese brutality (which is ironic seeing that his troops are practically doing the same thing) and Japan's militaristic fanaticism and patriotic fervor. Thus, Italy would prefer to remain on good terms with Japan as he sees war with him as an unwinnable struggle. They can have good relations through Japan assuring Italy, that he won't go any further westwards towards Europe and even signing a Non-Aggression Pact. Relations should be cordial when this is done and Italy may even tell Japan of his intentions in the Middle East to split it up between Germany, Japan and himself.
So looks like we have a thread that can be possibly done in either Asia or Europe now! Depending on where it is set should set the mood for Italy. Should Japan go to Europe to make his assurances, Italy will be visibly more comfortable, should Italy go to Japan though he'll be a little nervous, he'll eventually see that Japan can truly be trusted.
I think there's potential for some really interesting plots between these two! Feliks's opinion on the Italian Empire aren't... well, good, but at the moment they may seem preferable to Germany. Especially if cracks begin to manifest in that alliance, he's going to try very hard to make sure he can benefit from the fallout, so at any sign of a weakening relationship, he might try to approach Feliciano. He could even attempt to goad things along into escalating into open warfare because 'We'd really, really prefer to be under your rule? Pretty please? -bats lashes-' Of course, Feliks has no actual plans to let himself be controlled by any sort of overlord. That said, if the overall path of the plot heads in the direction of internal fracture I'd loove to explore this possibility~

And welcome to you!!!
While Feliciano regards Feliks as a friend, that alone is not enough to make him go to war with Germany, sadly. Depending on the Germany and Italy thread, cracks are showing, but it really depends how Germany responds at this point to one of Italy's offers. Even if they do fallout however, Feliciano may be insane, but he's not suicidal. XD
He does however feel extremely guilty that Germany invaded Poland, mostly due to the fact that were good friends in the past and he feels that Feliks was his only childhood friend. So he is willing to take what Feliks says seriously and may even "accidentally" leave some food, guns, trucks and equipment abandoned, however they are not Italian equipment but are Italian made German copies. The last thing Feliciano wants is Germany realizing that he's arming Polish resistance fighters, otherwise the weapons deal is off.
So all Feliks will get is a sort of "You know I can't do much, right?" However... Feliks may be able to get Feliciano to cooperate much better using blackmail. Germany will be less then pleased to find out that Feliks has been armed by the Italians. Of course, while he'll still see your Pole as a friend. Feliks will lose Italy's respect.
But war is war.... I'll let you decide how Poland will deal with that
Seeing that Germany would probably not want anyone near Poland, Italy may need to see his buddy secretly, just in case.
Of course, Feliks doesn't really expect Feli to go to war with Germany just because of the past shared history alone–that would be a little too wishful. But he's also willing to plant the idea, just in case some other outside force or circumstance does coax the Italian Empire turn against its old ally. He knows he has some pretty valuable things to offer (a resistance that can be called into a nation-wide uprising, for example, intelligence within Central Europe) that may contribute to someone's decisions in the event of war. At the very least, Feli will know that there's exploitable fissures within the Third Reich... should he ever want to do anything with them. >o>
For the moment, he can just deal with paying attention to the situation, and if Feli's willing to casually abandon some stuff, he's more than happy to take those off his hands. As far as trying to get Feli to cooperate using blackmail... well, it's not completely out of the window, but for the moment, he probably doesn't have much reason to try and blackmail Feli. It would probably be significantly worse for him to have a much-valued resource supply cut off than whatever distrust might manifest in the alliance from Feli's actions, so the threat would be an empty one... but there might be a time when there's more to be gained by slipping some information to Germany. Depends on how things play out. That said, Feliks doesn't really consider the Italian Empire an enemy right now, so something like that is a bit underhanded for his tastes considering their relations at the moment.
I'm totally up for some secret meetings between these two~ It'll be interesting for Feliks to see for himself how Feli is. He probably only hears some stuff second-hand by what people have been saying, but what he's heard is a bit Concerning.

I reckon that the only time Feliciano will react to a war with Germany is if another power goes to war with our German friend. Open war with Germany is something he does not want to risk at all unless he's assured victory. So our Pole will just have to wait a long time before Feli even considers an open war with Germany.
I am not sure how Feliks will react to that cute kid he once knew become a murdering maniac. Though, because Feliks is an old time friend, he'll be spared Feliciano's intense mood swings and sabre rattling, he'll just probably sense that something isn't right with our good Italian friend.
I guess Feli could secretly go to Poland to have this chat and just see how things are going. Germany wouldn't be too happy if he found out Feliciano is having a good old chat with Feliks that's for sure.
I think Astrit and Feli's relationship in this 'verse would be very similar to what we plotted for their normal timeline (at least in the beginning), and in particular, Astrit probably really admires Feli.
Am in search of threads: would you be willing to thread something? I like the idea of a thread centered around Feli teaching Astrit some skill that might be useful... if you like that, or have any other ideas, please let me know.

Fling? Of course you may.
Skills to teach Astrit?
Well lets see....
Being able to train him to not let his conscience get in the way of doing some of Feli's work? Party indoctrination? Driving? Shooting a gun? Industrialization? Village terrorizing? Education?
Hmmm. That's a tricky one. I kinda like the idea of maybe marksmanship lessons--Astrit can't be completely unfamiliar with guns in general, considering some of the stuff he's been up to over the past few years, but he could probably use practice with newer models and instruction on techniques. That might be a good place to start.
(Edited to add: Oh, and would you like me to start this thread, or would you rather do it yourself?)
