can i be honest? dont hate me. but friends dont exist for people like me. oh, dont get me wrong, allies and that sort exist. but nations dont - cant - have friends. friendships, especially with other nations, can compromise ones loyalty and interefere in our duties as nations. so we dont get friends which is really sad. id like a friend. but if i ever did have a friend, i think id have a difficult time ever leaving their side. i definitely wouldnt want to. how do i know for sure theyll ever come back? exactly. i cant. so why risk it? i wouldnt want to loose a friend. for then id be lonely. theyd probably get mad at me but if theyre really a friend i think theyll put up with me. or at least, i hope they will...
enemies? i have a lot of them. want one? dont worry. i can spare one. more than one actually. it definitely wouldnt put a dent in my collection of enemies. i have a lot of them. but you probably dont want them, right? why would you? enemies arent fun. theyre mean. its worse when its a big empire like germany thats your enemy. but hey, if you happen to collect enemies in your spare time, ill give you germany for a low price youll never find anywhere else. but... if youre into collecting enemies chances are you already have him, right? but hey, its nice to have two of the same kind of things. dont want him? cant blame yo if you dont. hes not that all rare. well, goodluck in any sort of happiness. if you dont want happiness then - oh who am i kidding, everyone wants happiness. sudden realization makes me slightly uncomfortable talking to you. um... hi, bye.
ive seen it. i think. im not exactly sure if i were completely honest. i know i look like a thirteen-year-old but... ive lived something like sixty-four or sixty-five years without really understanding or experiencing this 'love'. sometimes i wonder if it even exists. if it does, ive never experienced it and i doubt i ever will. first of all, i look thirteen and my mind runs like a thirteen-year-old. actually, i dont even look thirteen. its other details that have made me determine im thirteen. physically. that and i dont want to be ten. young teens tend to wander between partners more. i dont think people my age at good at finding love. and when we do, we get bored and move on. so i guess ill need to grow a little more before i can experience love. but even when i do grow, humans are out of the question and nations are unreliable so... us nations were meant to lead a lonely life. case closed. moving on!
italy ally ? adina hasn't yet really figured out italy. first of all, hes one of the main empires but... not really. in others italy is a sad weakling who bows to the reich in the background - or perhaps not so much in the background. at the same time, so does all of the empires/independent countries to some extent or another. if adina were in feliciano's situation, hed be rather careful around germany as well. not that he isnt now but... that isn't the point!
weak empire or not it doesnt disregard the fact that he is an empire. and considering adina's opinion on empires in general the fact feliciano is one may cause some conflict between the two in future meetings and attempts of discussion on whatever topic at hand.

Muhahahaahaha, I got here first! Now suffer through some plotting with Lati!!!!!!! Adina and Feliciano (Israel and the Italian Empire)
Despite issuing race laws against Jewish people in 1938, Feliciano is not against Jews or is anti-Semitic at all. He only issued the laws against the Jewish to appease Germany, in reality Feliciano and Italy harbors no grudge towards Jewish people or Israelis for that matter and he even protects them in Italy from persecution. I am not quite sure how things are going in Europe, but one thing is for certain is that Jews are definitely free to live within the Italian Empire. In fact Italy has its own community of Italian Jews that have been in Italy for 2000 years!
As for personal relations, Feliciano probably is favorable to Adina and will probably be nice to him. However, it must also be noted that Feliciano does have intentions to replace Britain as the dominating power in the Middle East, Feliciano would support the creation of a free and independent Israel as long as it remains loyal to Italy. While he used to be against Adina when he was a seriously corrupted kid, he's outgrown that and is now more tolerant of Adina.
So, Feliciano is a potential friend of Adina if wanted, if not wanted, Feliciano will still be favorable to the kid in any case, so no harm will be done. Adina just better be aware of Italian plans for the region. Don't ask Feliciano to try and all out offensive thing to Germany, there are limits to what people would do for others. Italy's position in the world is already shaky, the last thing the country needs now, is to be crippled even further because of his support for Israel.
Note: If Adina ever plans a revolution against England, Feliciano would be quite willing to ship arms secretly
Adina and Lucia (Israel and Tavolara)
I doubt that these two would really interact. But what I would say, is that Lucia would act warmly with Adina. She has no reason to hate him after all.
Having a long lasting Jewish-Italian community really doesn't give Feli any credit in Adina's eyes. He's not stupid. He knows the Italian government doesn't let them stay just out of kindness. It's more of a "more trouble than gain" sort of situation. As you've said, they've lived there for 2000 years so randomly uprooting just isn't an option. The Nazi party was only able to do that because the people blamed the Jews for the loss of WW1. Even then there was some... unhappiness among the population.
Once he's met Adina I'm not certain he'll happily favor Adina without a bit of getting to know each other between them. I don't think he'll do anything - Adina is a colony or whatever of England though that status could change soon but moving on, the only one(s) Adina shows any remote respect to are England and Germany. Italy pales compared to Germany so there's a good chance any encounter Italy had with Israel may contain some mocking and making fun of Feliciano's little empire on Adina's part. If Feliciano does happen to become the ruler of the Middle East, Adina's running to America. Feli's support or not, Italy tends to bow to the will of Germany and Israel's not so sure they'll be entirely safe in that case.
If such does not happen and Adina stays an independent nation, he'll be as loyal as Feliciano is. But the moment the Italians break his trust, they'd better watch their back because Adina might just backstab Feliciano back. He's already plotting the fall of England in the back of his mind for the whole White Paper of 1939 which Israel all agrees (one of the few things they ever agree on and even then there was probably some differing opinions) was an act of betrayal on England's part.
Adina's not used to relying on anyone. He would probably never ask - especially someone like Italy - for help. Relying on England's a hard enough blow on him. To ask help from a (weak) empire like Italy is... really pushing it.
I can hear, Guns firing in my left ear, Screams in my right. Ahead of me is blood, Behind me is the dead.
