Viktor Albescu, little Bessarabia, was far from pleased of this whole ordeal, to begin with. He was terrified of the fact it took place in Russia, of all places, and despite the Nazi hero leaders taking their stance in the celebration and keeping the Russian under bay, it was still a frightening ceremony. The tiny territory found himself straying from Fane often if for not one reason then another, once he got over the initial panic attack, to just find a way to leave this place if anything. The boy wanted to go home, to snuggle in the blankets on the bed in his room and keep hidden from the nightmares he was forced to face. Always casting a glance to Gilbert and Ludwigs' way to keep himself assured of the control the two had of the party, he tried to sneak out while it was still safe. Brother failed to protect him once; this time, he was getting out of here safe.
It was in the midst of his futile search when he spotted yet another young representative, not much older than himself by the looks of it. At least, not as older, compared to all the others current with them in the party room. Blinking slowly, the Romanian territory approached the child representative and grabbed her hand suddenly, hoping to catch her attention. If she was a child like himself, he had no doubts in his mind that the girl was just as scared as he was. It would be mean to leave without her if that was the case.
His young age surely played a disadvantage to him. He still couldn't quite grasp the concept that somebody other than himself viewed the world differently than he did. He figured if he felt something, everybody else felt the same way, at least to those who were closer to his age. If Viku himself was scared of Ivan, there was no reason to doubt that this girl did as well. Just as he figured people could understand exactly what he was thinking, feeling, saying... It was common sense in the child's underdeveloped psychology. Pulling the girl's hand hard, the small toddler of a boy looked at her and tilted his head once he got her attention.
She didn't look familiar...
"Chu wanna get out too da? Where chu fwom? Chu not nazi..."
Ever since she started living with her brothers, Lucia had been well taught on how to have manners in public and in parties and how to act around other people. Though she was admittingly quite timid when being around people she wasn't used to seeing, it didn't stop her from being able to act in a courteous manner to those said people.
Lucia also wasn't used to other children, she generally kept her distance from Italian children, though she sometimes played games with the humans it wasn't often, Lovino would always pull her away when those children went to school or did those scout activities with their blackshirts....
While she didn't have a history with Russia, she was still frightened. Lucia saw so many adults who were all taller than her and seemed to be in a sad mood, the party seemed boring and a bit scary, the child could feel as if something bad was going to happen. Sadly she hadn't been allowed to bring any toys with her to the party hence she was looking for something fun or at least entertaining for the next few hours. Eventually the child was soon satisfied with silently singing to herself while she waited for the party to end. At least that was the plan.
Lucia's trance was soon broken as she felt herself being pulled towards a smaller boy. The boy's action confused her as she asked herself what she was going to do and even question what the boy wanted with her, she had simply been minding her business in the corner! She was lost in responding to the boy's question....
"I-I'm from Tavolara... And sneaking out is bad, my brother's are not going be happy with that."
Why was this boy going to sneak out? And what was a Nazi? Whoever he was didn't make a whole lot of sense. The boy to her didn't seem to have a whole lot of manners and didn't seem to know how to be a good boy... A big girl like her could tell him!
"Sneaking out is bad, you can't do that. You have to be like an adult and stay here... That's what all the big people are doing. Who are you?"
"Ta....la?" Furrowing his brows when he was told where the other girl was from, the smaller child of the two tugged harder on her hand, using his other to point in the direction of the exit. That was, until he heard her mention of her brothers, making the boy stop momentarily to give her a good look over. "Chu has bwuder, too?" He asked, before looking around.
Last he checked, the girl was alone in this corner, and no 'brother' seemed to be in sight. Of course, it didn't help that the boy had no idea what the girl's brothers looked like, either, but regardless there didn't seem to be an adult in sight of the two that matched the girl's looks. It wasn't necessarily the case of he himself looking too much like his own older brother, but even then the similarities were there. The pale skin, facial structure, the volume of their hair, and the tale-telling pointy teeth in their mouths all hinted to their sibling relationship. This girl, however, just looked all around too generic for Viku to be able to place a guess on a certain member or two among the crowds of people. So before he even attempted, he decided it would be a waste of time. Besides, the girl was already speaking to him again, making the curious glance shift to a much more serious one on the boy.
"Sneaking out is bad, you can't do that. You have to be like an adult and stay here... That's what all the big people are doing. Who are you?"
"I'm a big boy too, chu know?" Viktor fought back almost immediately, a pout appearing on his facial expression. He turned fully to face her and scowled deeply. Last he checked, grown-ups had to take care of themselves first. Sure it would be nice to ask the big people for help, but in the end, it was up to himself for survival. And as far as the Romanian territory was concerned, this 'party' was one put in a zone of immediate danger. After getting separated from Fane after having left for the restroom trip (he was a big boy, after all, and could do that all by himself!), he was unable to find his protector and was now just hoping to keep himself safe from the dangerous grasp of the enemies, most notably of Russia.
"Me...? My name ish Viku. I fwom Womanya. Huwwy, we haf to get out!" With that, the boy tugged at the girl's hand again once more, pointing to the direction of the exit once he remembered his original goal with the other child. "We haf to go far! I'm boss, chu do what me say, ja?"
Lucia looked a hurt when Viku didn't seem to know where her country was. Though her nation was.... Very small, she wanted at least someone to know she existed. Her country may not be big, strong or rich but at least it was a nice looking and quite peaceful place. Who did this stinky boy think he was? What made his country better? Just because he didn't know her country didn't mean he had to be so rude! While she was fuming at how rude this boy was, at the mention that she did have brothers at the party the boy seemed to look around and from what the he said, he had a brother as well. Why didn't he try find his brother, instead of annoying her?
"Yes. Brothers."
She wondered who this boy's brother was, it was quite evident to her that the younger of the two sibling didn't know manners. Why was he even trying to pull her away from the party, she could get in trouble! Although she wasn't a real fan of this party herself, Lucia didn't exactly want to disappoint Lovino or Feliciano by doing something bad tonight and what this boy was suggesting could get her into trouble. He kept saying that they were in danger, yet Lucia saw nothing to indicate such threats were true.... Clearly the boy was being immature. When the boy suddenly fought back and shot Lucia a scowl, the girl actually flinched. She was unsure of how to deal with this very odd situation, the way he scowled at her was quite confronting, however Lucia did not take this too seriously due to the boy being shorter and younger than her.
"Viku?"
Lucia felt that she vaguely remembered Romania, when Feliciano still taught her geography back then, though it was a little hazy. Suddenly Viku tugged her hand again, beckoning towards the door, now Lucia was a little insulted that Viku didn't seem to want to know her name either! He was so rude! Looking at the boy, she pushed his hand away and crossed her arms and frowned at Viku.
"No! You're rude and you're not the boss! I'm staying right here!"
She figured that Viku would get the hint and cause trouble else where, she did not want to get in trouble. Viku on the other hand could do whatever he wanted as long as she wasn't a part of it, Lucia wasn't going to associate herself with a rude, little boy!
