German Territories Given the position of the advisor to the German empire Prussia doesn't appear to have the same level of ambitions that one might give of his brother but his attention focuses on a different realm of the empire. Using tactics Prussia aims to give a level of comfort to those within the empire in hopes of improving relations to prevent the occupied lands from trying to make alliances with others. Acting as the gentle hand between the two brothers he hopes to give those around him reason to trust him so their fears might be shared with him instead of used to fuel the fire growing between nations. A moment of piece is not too much to ask for, or so Prussia has tried to convince himself.
Leaving all the reconstruction to Germany and their boss he will turn his attention on the smaller pieces to the puzzle in his effort to bring peace to the empire. Not trying to press too much his eyes on mainland Europe only turning his gaze to the others when he notices plotting may have become a problem for the empire.
Need a shoulder to cry on? Prussia is more than willing to lend his and listen to whatever you may be planning.
Allies and Enemies Aren't they the same thing at this point? It is hard to convince Prussia otherwise seeing as the tension begins to grow with some not finding what they were given was enough and others wishing to claim the spoils of another. Willing to put on a smile for the show he seems to pretend he doesn't notice any of the tension building as if all is at peace for the moment. There is no reason to begin a new war if they can avoid it so he will use this as a chance to remain on good terms with even those he watches from the corner of his eye, never turn your back.
Few seem to have him rattled even privately but for now much of his attention is on Japan, he holds little trust that this will not be the nation to end the peace. Preparing for war in a peaceful manner seems to go against all he has ever known but it is best when pretending that war is not waiting on your doorstep.
Independent Nations This is where Prussia aims to shine by tempting those around him to join the Reich, giving peaceful offer or hinting at that resisting will promise no gain. Why continue to refuse someone when you can gain strength and no long fear that someone will claim you by force? It is all just a simple matter to Prussia making him see no reason to avoid speaking to those who have yet to place their name with a side. If they wait too long someone else might steer these nations from their hold and he cannot have that happening.
Peaceful times are the best times for discussions.
